During my stay at Moevenpick Hotel Izmir, I found the location to be fantastic with beautiful waterfront views. but the condition of the rooms left much to be desired. While the breakfast was quite diverse and satisfying, the overall maintenance of the hotel and some issues with the air conditioning compromised my experience.

The rooms were spacious, but they definitely need an update. the old carpets had stains and some amenities were not functioning properly. I struggled with the air conditioning, finding it hard to keep a comfortable temperature.

On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. they really made an effort to assist me and my family, especially with the kids. However, the front desk seemed a bit unsure about train schedules, which caused some confusion.

However, the rooms showed their age, with carpets needing an update and some amenities falling short.
